Improving the Saint John Boardwalk Area
It's time to Talk the Walk and make some major changes to our boardwalk! A busy spot throughout the spring and summer months, the boardwalk, Market Slip and Loyalist Plaza play a key role in continually improving the quality of life and growing our economy. Saint John Waterfront will be working with the citizens of Saint John, partners and government to redevelop the boardwalk area including Market Slip and Loyalist Plaza.
Would you like to see a year-round festival space? Are you thinking about a public skating rink in the winter? Harbour taxi? An urban beach? Bay of Fundy water park?
We want to hear it all.
Why we need input
We want you to participate in the public consultation process for redesigning the boardwalk area. It is very important that the design be shaped directly by the people who will use the space every day - YOU!
